Trinity School is an independent day school for boys aged 10 to 18 with a reputation for academic excellence, wide-ranging extra curricular opportunities and outstanding pastoral care The School has a worldwide reputation for music, and it also successfully nurtures sporting talent, with a number of pupils selected to compete at international level. The Old Mids are the school's old boys rugby club.

Riddlesdown has an excellent reputation for the Arts and Sport. The Creative and Performing Arts College brings together Art, Design Technology, Drama, Media Studies, Music and Physical Education

Trinity Mid-Whitgiftian Association
The OMWA was formed in 1908 at the prompting of the Headmaster of the day, the Rev. G. A. Jones. The association was formed to continue friendships started at school, to promote sporting activities and to act for the mutual benefit of former pupils and school staff of Trinity School, Croydon.
The Mitre Players
The Mitre Players is a well established amateur dramatic company based in Croydon, Surrey. Like the rugby club they now have an open membership although their original roots are as the dramatic arm of the Old Boys' Association of Trinity School. They perform an average of four shows per year including drama, pantomimes, musicals, revues and our own original material.
Trinity Mid-Whitgiftian Hockey Club
The club was formed in 1957 by the old boys of Trinity School, Croydon. Although still very closely linked with Trinity School, the club welcomes players from all over the world.
Trinity Mid-Whitgiftian Cricket Club
The club was formed in 1908 by the old boys of what is now named Trinity School, Croydon, but was then called Whitgift Middle School. The club runs 4 Saturday sides (and sometimes 5), 2 Sunday sides and a successful Colts Section.
Old Mid-Whitgiftian Golf Society
Old (Mid) Whitgiftian Water Polo Club
The Old (Mid) Whitgiftian water polo team combines players from the Old Whitgiftian ("OW") and Old Mid Whitgiftian ("OMW") Swimming Clubs. The two clubs merged their water polo sides in 1994 to boost playing strength and depth. They enter one team in the London league (playing as OMW in Division 2) and two teams in the Surrey league (playing as Old Whitgiftians in Divisions 1 and 2) during the main season of March - October, as well as entering a team in the Thameside league during the winter. The team is predominately, but not exclusively, made up of former pupils of Whitgift and Trinity Schools in Croydon and spans a wide range of ages (current players range from 18 to 50+ years old) and abilities.
